Our Staff

Whitney Steiner – Whitney serves as the Chief Financial Officer for Men’s Ministry Catalyst. In addition to overseeing bookkeeping and other financial responsibilities, Whitney provides critical event support, logistics support, and planning for events happening across the Northwest, Northern California, and nationwide. She and James have been happily married since 1988.

Louise Grassi - Louise Grassi is the Administrative Assistant and Secretary for Men’s Ministry Catalyst. She and Jim have worked together in ministry for 31 years. Her responsibilities include: handling routine phone communications and correspondence, coordinating volunteers, assisting with programs and conferences, providing back-up to the CEO on financial matters, processing requests for resources, assisting Dr. Grassi with trip logistics, contacting and communicating donors, and providing logistical support to our Inland Northwest Team. Jim and Louise met in high school and married two years after graduation. They have been married for 47 years.

Kristi Rinehart – Kristi Rinehart has worked with Men’s Ministry Catalyst since August of 2002, and has had responsibilities in the areas of donor development, fundraising event planning, bookkeeping, and marketing communications. She currently works part-time as Marketing Director, and plans and coordinates virtually all aspects of the Iron Sharpens Iron men’s conferences held three to four times per year in multiple cities.

Prior to her work with Men’s Ministry Catalyst, she held multiple marketing and program management positions with high-technology companies in Silicon Valley, CA, and started her high-tech career as a software engineer. She graduated with a bachelor of science degree in Industrial Engineering from Stanford University. She has been married for 22 years to Geoff, has two teenage daughters, and makes her home in North Idaho.

Brandon Aldridge – Brandon serves as our full-time communications specialist. He handles regular appointments, church engagements, phone & email communication, a support hotline, database management, regular coaching sessions with men’s leaders, and a variety of other ministry aspects. His life verse is Jeremiah 29:11, and he is happily married with 3 wonderful children.

Tim McWhorter – Tim serves part-time as our Media and Marketing Specialist. Tim’s focus is on maintaining our website, communicating via social media, writing our monthly newsletter, and providing editing assistance on all of our communications. Tim lives in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho, is happily married, and has 4 teenage children.
