Build a Network of Men's Ministry Leaders in your Community
If you are a men's ministry leader and have a heart for your community, we challenge you to catch a vision for forming a network of other men's ministry leaders in your area. Investigate who the men's ministry leaders are at the other churches in your region and invite them to grab a cup of coffee every six weeks to pray together for Christ to bring unity and transformation.
Consider planning an annual community event that is service-oriented and helps show your area the love of Christ. In San Leandro, CA, some churches have united for a "Love San Leandro" day of service. In Sandpoint, ID, men from the local churches gathered for the National Day of Prayer in 2007. Momentum built in 2008 when over 200 people who attended were MEN from local churches because the men's ministry leaders in this area banded together for a common purpose.
Think beyond your church and pray for unity and impact in your area as you consider linking arms with the other leaders of men in your community.
